Sawn Veneer
Our many years of thin-kerf sawing gives us market leadership in this technology.
For the customer desiring thin slats or veneer strips of lumber but cannot afford to waste material from standard kerfs, we could be the manufacturer you need. Many of the thin slats and veneers we make are for laminations, and/or curved wood products that require bending. Applications range from natural wood to engineered lumber. Products using this material are flooring, room doors, curved windows, etc. Capabilities include thickness 1/10″ to 1″, width – 1″ to 14″, length – 12 inches to 20 feet long, depending on availability.
We specialize in high-quality plank flooring face layer veneer available in hardwood species.
