Dimension HardwoodPallet Lumber,This lumber is made from Minnesota White Birch. Sizes range from 7/16"- 11 1/2" thick, 31 1/2" - 53 1/4" wide, and 40" - 48" long. The material is precision cut to go through any automatic nailer system. Our pallet lumber is sold exclusively through Tri-State Lumber in Duluth, MN. 218-728-2569Birch high grade lumberOur high grade lumber is Northern Minnesota White Birch, coming off the sawmill free of worm holes and fleck. Dry kiln capacity is 150,000 b.f. All lumber is stress relieved at the end of each kiln cycle. Sizes are 4/4 in thickness, 31 1/2", 41 1/2", 51 1/2" in width and 4 foot in length.Dimension PartsA wide variety of moulder blanks and dimension parts can be made at our plant. Pieces are ripped on a dip chain gang rip saw, planed s2s ,s4s, or finished moulded to your desired profile on a Weinig moulder. Secondary end operations can be done on an 8 station double end tenon machine.Crib Slats / Gate SlatsMillions of baby crib slats have been made here for the juvenile industry. With quality that is second to none. Our OEM customers who manufacture cribs tell us our quality is superior to even their in-house production abilities.
